We’ve been involved in a continuous programme of recycling advancement and development since we first launched in 2000. The emphasis is on the reuse of complete products wherever possible. However, we’ve also developed new processes and customers for the reuse of components or sub-assemblies as spare parts.
Initially focusing solely on reuse of IT equipment for the education and business sectors, we can now provide reuse on all types of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) items including heaters, lawnmowers, amplifiers, speakers, CD & DVD players, coffee makers, Xbox, Wii, PlayStation, Sky boxes, lamps, sewing machines… the list is endless. Most of these items come to us via household waste recycling centres, however if you live locally you can drop goods off directly at our site or call us to arrange an uplift.
If an item has no reuse value in its original form, or fails our refurbishment process, we dismantle it for:
We recover parts for reuse potential, either in our refurbishment process or as individual components.
We separate and recover the remaining equipment into base materials, such as PCBs, steel, copper, plastics, etc.
